Meet with your renovation consultant

Like all great things, a well thought out plan is the starting point. Here our consultant will discover what’s most important to you and your objective for the renovation.

Tender Presentation

Based on the feedback you have provided the consultant, a formal tender will be provided for consultation and discussion. Here the items and 3d drawings (where necessary) will be provided, discussed and confirmed with you to ensure we are all on the same page.

Tender Acceptance

Your acceptance will now action a start date and building schedule in accordance with our agreed time frames and guarantee.

Renovating Your Home

Now the work begins all the preparatory consultations have taken us to this point. Sit back and relax and know that we have this stage under control. We know you want to be kept informed of the progress this is where our client portal and Client Relations Officer will provide regular updates.​

Pre Handover

Here your Client Relations Officer will do a walk through with you 1 week before the scheduled handover date where a Pre handover inspection report will be completed noting any items that require further attention..
